Everviolet is happy to accept returns within 30 days of your order date. All garments must be returned in its original packaging with original tags and sanitary lines intact. Merchandise that appears to be worn and/or washed, has perfume or other odors present, or is not in its original/sellable condition may result in a delayed refund/exchange, or may not qualify for a refund or exchange. In these cases, the item(s) will be returned to you. For sanitary reasons, face masks are not eligible for returns.

To initiate an exchange, return your item in its original packaging, and indicate “store credit” on your return request. Once received, they’ll issue you a gift card in the amount of your item, which you can use anywhere on their site. Everviolet gift cards never expire.

They process all returns within 7-10 business days. Once your refund has been initiated, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that your original form of payment has been credited.
